TGIF. It's sad that this short week seemed to last an eternity. I'm almost scared how long next week is going to last with the craziness of Fashion Week in full bloom. If I go missing next week, you'll know why.

In the meantime, how amazing is this Oscar de la Renta sketch?! I know that Oscar's show is always one that I look forward to seeing the photos from and I can already tell I will not be disappointed.

Friday Fancies

Happy long weekend! I actually took today off to make my weekend even longer. While I am not up to anything super cool (I'm still working on that whole making friends with people who own yachts thing), I do have some fun plans. This weekend, my friend and I are attempting to buy cronuts.

That is right.

We are going to get up crazy early and wait in line for the supposedly delicious half doughnut, half croissant pastry. We figure with most of the city gone for the long weekend, the line wouldn't be as bad thus making it the perfect opportunity for us to get some. I am so excited. I hope next week I will have some photos of success instead of a sad story how we waited in line for nothing.

Has anyone had a cronut yet? What is it like? Is it worth the wait?
