The Academy Awards aka the crown jewel of award season were on last night. Everyone always brings their A-game to the Oscars, and this year was no exception. I might not have stayed up for the whole thing (battling a pretty bad cold at the moment), but it doesn't seem like there were any major surprises with the awards. It did make me realize that I really need to see Frozen though.
Here are just a few of my favorite looks from the Oscars:
Lupita Nyong'o in Prada. She looks beyond stunning and I love everything about it from the color to the headband.
Kate Hudson in Atelier Versace. This was old school glamour. The back of the dress was also stunning.
Charlize Theron is not only one of my major girl crushes, but she is always one of my style crushes as well. I love this Christian Dior dress. It's simply classic.
Cate Blanchett does it again in Armani. The embellishments on this dress are just outstanding. She looks so beautiful.
This is how you do pregnant at the Oscars. Olivia Wilde stunned in Valentino. I wish I had a picture of the back since the train on this dress was gorgeous.
While I might hate Jennifer Lawrence's hair (it looks like Hilary Clinton's!), I do love this Christian Dior dress. She does look beautiful in it and I love the simple necklace.
Who were your best dressed at the Oscar's?
I definitely agree with you on Cate Blanchett and Julia Roberts, was also on the top of my list.
