I cannot believe it is already award season. I feel like it sneaked up on me. While I do enjoy the Emmy's, my favorite will always be the Golden Globes since all the celebrities get completely drunk and look like they are having a ball. I didn't watch as much of the red carpet as I wanted thanks to my coding class (more on that tomorrow), but I have to say I was very disappointed with what I saw. I usually am in love with everything Claire Danes and Kerry Washington wear, but I sadly hated what they were wearing at the Emmy's. Here are my favorite looks from the red carpet:
Kelly Osbourne looked stunning in this red dress. I thought it was super flattering on her.
Kiernan Shipka dresses better than I do. She looks adorable and very age appropriate in this fun dress.
Allison Williams looks stunning in this blue dress. I just wish she had on a gorgeous statement necklace to complete it.
Rose Bryne looked stunning in this pale pink number.
I loved this dress on Julia Louis-Dreyfus when she went up to accept her award. It fits her so well and I love the subtle sparkle to it.
Also best speech ever! goes to Merrite Wever for her "Thank you, thank you! I gotta go!" speech. It's basically the same speech I would give if I ever won an award for some reason.
And can Tina Fey and Amy Poehler host again?
